You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.

What Can Be Returned

Devices and scanners can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and have not been activated. Once a device or scanner has been used or activated, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your product arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange.

How to Return

2. Pack the product securely and send it to our head office:
   MS Auto Tools, DHA Road, near Library Chowk, Bahawalpur, Punjab 63100, Pakistan
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Return Shipping Cost

The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. The original delivery of your order was free of charge.
